Engineering & Technical Jobs

Energy Engineer, Supervisor, Project Manager and Technician Roles

We consider our people to be the spark that keeps our business running. Engineering and technical roles that we have available include gas service and repair engineers, protection engineers and electrical maintenance technicians. These invaluable and skilled individuals are what keep our power stations running and our customers’ homes warm.  We are always looking for people with experience in mechanical, electrical and tech areas and have positions available from entry level to more senior.

Billions of pounds have been invested in some of the most high tech, efficient power stations in Europe. Varied energy sources are required in the UK now and in the future and we’re on the front line of this with new, low-carbon technologies. Our combined generation capacity is over 11,000MW and our power station portfolio includes coal, oil, biomass and gas-fired stations at locations across the UK. In addition to this we run 16 Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants.
